Located on the west side of Cedar City, Meadows at Iron West is a subdivision consisting of newly built homes, many of which feature modern and unique home designs. This is the newest of the five Alex Meisner Communities.

You may notice single level homes like the “Sage” and the “Willow”, split level homes like the “Breeze“, and two-story homes like the “Wasatch“, “Valar“, “Cypress“, and “Savannah“. Settler’s Square, one of the newest subdivisions in Enoch, Utah, gives homeowners the opportunity to experience quiet, country living while still being only minutes away from conveniences and amenities in Cedar City.

The first home in Settler’s Square was completed in early 2020. Since then, the community has grown to include over 90 newly built homes with more under way. To get to the model home at Settler’s Square from Cedar City, head north on I-15 and take Exit 62. Cross the freeway, and head north on Minersville Highway. Turn right onto 4200 North and head east to Half Mile Road. Take a right onto 4290 N, and you have arrived! Welcome to Settler’s Square!
