Neighborhood Highlight: Settler’s Square

Settler’s Square, one of the newest subdivisions in Enoch, Utah, gives homeowners the opportunity to experience quiet, country living while still being only minutes away from conveniences and amenities in Cedar City.

The Builder

Settler’s Square is built exclusively by Alex Meisner Construction. Homeowners can choose from move-in ready “spec” homes, or work alongside the Alex Meisner team to select a homesite, floorplan, and design package to create the perfect semi-custom home. As the developer of Settler’s Square, Alex Meisner Construction is able to minimize costs by selling directly to the home buyer. This savings gives you unsurpassed purchase power, resulting in more home for the price.

The Neighborhood

The first home in Settler’s Square was completed in early 2020. Since then, the community has grown to include over 90 newly built homes with more under way. When you drive through the neighborhood, you will notice the ample space between homes. Settler’s Square is the first subdivision in Enoch to utilize zoning which allows you to live in this community on a perfectly sized lot. On average, the homesites are about 1/3 acre, creating space for small outbuildings, RVs, trailers, and more. As you explore Settler’s Square, you will also notice the variety of floorplans built on each lot. You may notice single level homes like our popular “Dawson” and “Dover” plans, homes with basements, third car garages, and two-story plans like the “Seneca” or the “Wasatch”. 

The Sales Agent

When building at Settler’s Square, homeowners will get to know the community sales agent, Jenny Vossler of ERA Realty Center. Early on, homeowners will sit down with Jenny where she will help them select their lot and floor plan, discuss potential upgrades, and explain the process when building with Alex Meisner. Jenny sends weekly updates and progress photos throughout the entire process, ensuring that all parties are in the loop. One of the best things about Jenny representing the neighborhood is the fact that she is an Enoch resident herself! 

Visiting Settler’s Square

Settler’s Square just opened their brand new model home, which is a perfect representation of what to expect out of a new home in this charming community. While Jenny Vossler can be found at the model home most days, it is always best to call and schedule an appointment to view the home. She can be reached at (435) 559-1260. 

To get to the model home at Settler’s Square from Cedar City, head north on I-15 and take Exit 62. Cross the freeway, and head north on Minersville Highway. Turn right onto 4200 North and head east to Half Mile Road. Take a right onto 4290 N, and you have arrived! Welcome to Settler’s Square!
