How I Can Help You Buy a Home

From first-time buyers to experienced purchasers, it's my job to help you find the perfect property! This is YOUR journey, and I'm committed to helping you find place that checks off all of your boxes. Here's what to expect when buying a home with me:

Buyer Orientation Meeting. This is a FREE, no obligation meeting where we will sit down and discuss your goals, wants, and needs.

Get Pre-Approved. Meet with a loan officer to determine your budget for a home. Having a Pre-Approval letter is important to have on hand BEFORE viewing homes or writing an offer - Especially in competitive markets. If you aren't already working with a loan officer, I'd be happy to help connect you with one!

Schedule Home Showings. Once you're Pre-Approved, it's time to start viewing homes! I will be on the look-out for any homes that meet your criteria, then schedule a showing for any homes that you'd like to see in person.

Write/Negotiate Offers. Upon finding a property that you love, I will work alongside you in writing an offer/Real Estate Purchase Contract with terms that work for you, but also appeal to the seller. When working with me, you have a skilled negotiator working on your behalf; one who is committed to looking after your best interests.

Meet Contract Terms. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that all the details of your purchase are being taken care of by an experienced and knowledgeable professional! I'll make sure we meet all deadlines (Earnest Money Deadline, Seller Disclosure Deadline, Due Diligence Deadline, Finance & Appraisal Deadline, Settlement Deadline) and that any questions or concerns along the way are resolved.
