Local Insight: Kanarraville

Kanarraville: Home of Kanarra Falls — A hidden gem now in the spotlight. Put your water shoes on and get ready to hike!  Kanarraville is home to the beautiful Kanarra Falls; A stunning waterfall tucked away in a beautiful red rock slot canyon. This is a super fun trek in and out of the water as you progress into the canyon. The slot canyon stretch, with a ladder up over the fall, is the highlight for me!

Thanks to the internet, this incredible local gem is no longer a secret.  Your gain!  One negative to the notoriety is the crowds, and the cost to provide services for all us adventure seekers.  However, it is worth the permit fee, and you’ll be grateful for a place to park.
