Local Insight: Washington

Country living, but close to city conveniences. Washington is considered part of the St. George metropolitan area. It’s close to the conveniences of the city, yet still offers the simplicity of country living. Washington was originally founded as an area to grow cotton, giving name to the most popular event in the town today: Cotton Days. Cotton Days was created to celebrate the history and community of Washington. It features a parade, a car show, a festival, and more!
