Local Insight: Paragonah, UT

A great place for fishing!

Paragonah is a darling little town just 23 miles north of Cedar City. The town was founded as an ideal location for farming and was originally settled by residents from the town of Parowan. If you love to fish, Paragonah is the place for you! Nearby is Red Creek Stream, also known as Paragonah Reservior, which is a great spot for fishing Tiger Trout. Also within close proximity are horseback riding trails, ATV trails, hiking destinations, and so much more! The perfect escape for outdoor enthusiasts.
