Local Insight: Parowan, UT

A Charming Little Community.

Parowan is a quaint little town just 20 miles north of Cedar City.  Although small, it remains the county seat for Iron County and is home to the annual Iron County Fair.  A sleepy and welcoming community most of the year, the Fair draws locals and guests to enjoy the PRCA Rodeo, car show, demolition derby, and more! Parowan is close enough to the beaten path, but remote enough for a lifestyle of years gone by… The perfect place for those looking for simple living.
