I have no problem with giving Jenny a 5-star rating. In my professional background, being customer centric is vitally important to success - Jenny hit this on ALL points! The interesting thing is, we've actually never met face-to-face so that makes it even just a little bit harder to really be mindful of the customer (face-to-face meetings add an additional emotional element to the relationship). Anyway, my purchase was a land purchase, not a home. I mention land purchase only because I think the process is a little easier with a house...the house is there, you know what it is, you can see the neighborhood and get a general sense of what the vibe is. A land purchase you have to be a bit of a visionary and have a knowledge of how the area/county/region is growing.
